The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is an autonomous body set up to implement world class selection process. It provides its services to all Public Sector Banks, SBI, RBI, IDBI, NABARD, RRBs, SIDBI, Cooperative Banks, LIC, General Insurance companies etc.

IBPS PO 2021 Exam is conducted by, The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) in three phases: Preliminary Exam, Mains Exam and Interview Process for the recruitment of Probationary Officers in the various Banking Institutions across the country.

A Probationary Officer handles overall banking management of a bank or a company associated with the banking sector. The Probationary Officer is the entry-level employee who after the completion of the probation or training period, promoted to the post of Assistant Managers of Scale 1 in the bank.

Prelims Sections:  English, Mathematics and Reasoning.

Mains Section: Reasoning, Computer, English, Mathematics, General Awareness.

The final selection takes place on the basis of the cumulative score of Mains and Interview.

The Lecture Series cover all important topics of Reasoning from the syllabus point of view including – Syllogism, Inequality, Distance & Direction, Blood Relation, Coding & Decoding, Seating Arrangement, Order & Ranking, Puzzle, Alphanumeric Series, Machine Input &Output, Decision Making, Cause & Effect, Statement Conclusion/Inference, Arithmetic Reasoning, Matrix Coding, Statement Assumption, Statement Argument and Figure Completion etc. It also covers exercise videos for practice and Pdf.

4. General Awareness: It covers pre recorded lecture series of senior Faculty of Delhi and covers all micro and macro topics in comprehensive and precise manners, which are important for exam point of view, such as – Banking, Fiscal & Monetary Policies, RBI, Money Market & Capital Market, Budget & Economic Survey, Finance Commission, Taxation, NPA & Banking Reforms etc. It also covers exercise videos for practice and Pdf.
5. Static GA: It covers pre recorded lecture series on all important topics of Static GK by senior Faculties of Delhi. Topics covered in the course are – National Parks, Wildlife Sanctuaries & Biosphere Reserve, Ramsar Sites in India, Indices & Reports, Population  Census, Important Days, World Heritage Sites, Major Sea Ports in India, Dams in India, Military Exercise, Ministry Portfolios & Constituencies, Railway Zones in India, Nuclear Power Plant, Countries, Capital & Currencies, Thermal Power Plants, Art & Culture, Sports, Important Awards, Books & Authors, Government Schemes etc. It also covers exercise videos for practice and Pdf.
